7. 7. Acts of sending malicious computer programs, disguised files or suchlike to this service, or of overwriting data.

18. 18. Acts violating or at risk of violating public order and decency or the relevant laws and regulations.
19. 19. Acts providing or otherwise supplying information of a harmful, indecent or violent nature, or that portrays such a nature.
20. 20. Acts connected with or at risk of being connected with criminal conduct.
21. 21. Act that may be construed as unpleasant by other users of this service or third parties, including acts of viciousness and discrimination.
22. 22. Acts obstructing the operation of this service and acts defaming the credibility of TechMatrix Corporation.
23. 23. Acts of fraudulent personal identification or impersonation committed for the purpose of tampering with the information of others.
24. 24. Other acts deemed inappropriate by TechMatrix Corporation.

Article 4 (Breach of the Terms of Usage)

In the event you, the user, violate any one of the articles of the terms of usage to this service, TechMatrix Corporation reserves the right to erase the information, content and other data you have disclosed on this service, or take any other necessary action proportionate to the nature and extent of the violation, without giving prior notice to you.

Article 5 (Treatment of Intellectual Property)

Of this information, photographs, video images, and other content protected by copyrights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights, are also the property of the relevant information provider. You, the user, are forbidden from reproducing, publicly disclosing, transmitting (including publicly transmitting), distributing, transferring, leasing, translating, adapting or otherwise reprinting all or part of the content contained in this service without obtaining the prior written consent of the relevant information provider.
2. 2. The relevant information providers other than TechMatrix Corporation shall all grant the Company a license to use their information that is available on this site. This license shall be non-attributive, transferrable, sublicenseable, free of charge, and apply throughout the world.

Article 6 (Revision to the Terms of Usage)

TechMatrix Corporation may revise the terms of usage of this service without obtaining the consent of its users. In such a case, the revised terms of usage of this service shall take effect the moment they are disclosed and published on TechMatrix Corporation’s Social Media Policy site.

Additional Clause
These terms of usage shall take effect on and from October 1, 2011.
