  In promoting the "information infrastructure business" and "application service business", we provide total services, including business analysis, system design, software development and implementation, testing, operation and maintenance and high value-added solutions for markets such as network, security, healthcare, contact center CRM, internet services, financial engineering and software quality assurance through direct and indirect communication with agents, distributors and end users. 1.Handling of personal information

(1) Acquisition of personal information
We may collect the following personal information. 
Information that can identify an individual, such as name, occupation (including company name / department name / job title), address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other descriptions comprising personal information. This also includes information that cannot identify an individual by itself but can be easily combined with other information to identify an individual.
We will handle personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use specified in Section (2) below. It will not be used for any other purpose.

(3) Acquisition of personal information from third parties
We may acquire personal information as defined in Section (1) above from third parties in the following cases:
① When acquiring from third parties with the consent of the individual
② When required by laws and regulations
③ When acquiring information that is publicly available
 
(4) Provision of personal information to third parties
We will not provide personal information specified in Section (1) to  any third party except in the following cases.
① With the prior consent of the individual
② When disclosing or providing statistical data in a state in which individuals cannot be identified
③ When outsourcing operations within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
④ When required by laws and regulations
⑤ When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual
⑥ When cooperation with public institutions such as police and courts is required

(5) Procedures for disclosure of personal information, etc.
If we receive a request from an individual regarding disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure(including backup data), cessation of provision to third parties, or notification of the purpose of use of the individual's personal information, we will confirm the identity of the requester and respond appropriately in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, in principle within one month.
However, this does not apply if compliance with such a request would significantly interfere with our business operations or if there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property or other rights of an individual. If we are unable to  comply with a request, we will explain the reason. Please note that a fee may be charged for requests for notification of the purpose of use and for disclosure of personal information.

(6) Use of statistically processed data
Using the personal information provided, we may create processed statistical data that cannot identify individuals. Statistical data that cannot be personally identified shall be available to us without limitation.

We will promptly delete or dispose of all personal information in our possession when such information is no longer necessary in light of the purposes of use or when the legally prescribed retention period has expired. Handling of Personal Information of Job Applicants

We will handle personal information of individuals who seek to become, or have sought to become, officers or employees of the company (including regular employees, contract employees, part-time employees, temporary employees, seconded employees, and temporary agency workers; hereinafter referred to as “Job Applicants”) as follows.

1.Acquisition of Job Applicants’ Personal Information

We collect personal information of Job Applicants, including their name, date of birth, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, educational background, and work history.

2.Purposes of Use of Job Applicants’ Personal Information

We use the personal information of Job Applicants obtained within the scope necessary for the following purposes. We do not handle such personal information beyond the scope of these purposes without obtaining the prior consent of the Job Applicant.

Please note that we cannot return submitted application documents or disclose information regarding evaluation results during the recruitment process. *Personal information of former employees is used for preparing various personnel data and for post-retirement communication.

3.Procedures for Requests Regarding Disclosure, etc.

When we receive a request regarding Employee Personal Information we hold—such as disclosure, correction (including addition or deletion), or suspension of use (including erasure)—we will respond after verifying the identity of the individual making the request.
However, we may decline such requests if they would significantly interfere with our business operations or if there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights of any individual. In cases where we are unable to comply with a request, we will explain the reason to the individual.
