Environmental Policy
TechMatrix works as an IT solutions provider to comprehend client companies’ needs and provide the best solutions using the world’s most advanced IT technologies and products that TechMatrix develops in-house. As part of these activities, we strive to provide customers with solutions that can help them to use resources more efficiently and prevent environmental pollution. In our own back-yard too, we are continuing a systematic effort to improve the environment. Our environment improvement activities include development of an environmental management system for making continuous improvements, and formulating the following basic policy on the environment.Basic Policy on the Environment
- Consider customers’ environmental issues when providing services
We will actively propose solutions that use IT to effectively reduce customers’ environmental impacts. - Carry out environmental improvement activities
We will carry out environmental improvement activities for the following targets: efforts to save energy and resources; prioritizing environmental performance when purchasing, such as power-saving products; and separation and recycling of waste. We will operate a PDCA (Plan/Do/Check/Act) cycle based on our in-house environmental management system in an effort to maintain and improve the quality of our activities. - Observe environmental laws and regulations
We will observe laws and regulations concerning environmental protection. - Raise awareness of employees
We will publicize our environmental policy and work to ensure that it is well understood by all employees. To this end, we will conduct regular education and training activities for employees, to raise their individual awareness of the environment.
