TechMatrix’s operations comprise two main businesses. The first is the Information Infrastructure business, where we provide cutting-edge integration services for information infrastructure technology that will drive technological innovation in the cloud computing era. The second is the Application Services business, where we harness state-of-the-art software technology to provide applications reflecting best practices in areas where clients are facing issues.

Information Infrastructure Business

In the Information Infrastructure business, TechMatrix will deliver a full-line of high value-added services extending beyond mere product sales. To this end, we will use our unique ability to discern effective niche products and services that are also technologically advanced, competitive and offer growth potential, focusing mainly on North America.
We will help our customers integrate cost competitive, robust and high-availability information infrastructure solutions in green IT, virtualization solutions, next-generation networks, security and storage and other such fields. Additionally, we will provide IT services encompassing the entire lifecycle of systems, including the maintenance, operation and monitoring services needed after corporate information systems are rolled out.

Application Services Business

In the Application Services business, TechMatrix provides various application services, leveraging its extensive business process expertise in specific application fields. Examples include systems development, application packages, cloud (SaaS) services, and test solution services.
Rather than passively responding to client requests, TechMatrix differentiates itself from competitors by actively proposing IT-enabled business process improvements and cost reduction measures. Through close communication with end users, we provide total services spanning business process analysis, design, software development and integration, testing and operation and maintenance.
We provide high value-added solutions in the markets we directly serve, namely the healthcare, CRM, Internet services, finance and software quality control markets.
