- In our solutions business, we have a strong track record in systems integration. Our activities include contracted development of applications used in e-commerce, CRM, finance, healthcare and telecommunications, as well as providing a range of software packages that we develop ourselves.
- We provide high-value-added network integration and security solutions, along with ISMS and ITIL accredited consulting services. Realizing Integrated Capabilities through Group Management
Since fiscal 2007 we have been using Group management. This means that we can integrate the solutions of our consolidated subsidiaries with those of TechMatrix to provide our clients with products and services that are more integrated, and result in higher customer satisfaction. Specific examples include system set-up services including maintenance, operation and monitoring for networks, servers, security and applications. Other offerings include CTI (computer telephony integration) and other CRM supplement products, as well as providing infrastructure for remote X-ray reading and diagnosis in the healthcare field. We are also actively working to provide SaaS (Software as a Service) the ultimate in ownership-free management with respect to IT.
